Data handling on this website, in plain terms.
Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. No analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking script of ours runs on these pages. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. We build no profile from them, and we sell no personal information.
Links to casino operators on this site may carry a referral marker so an operator can credit the visit to us. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.
We place no cookies ourselves, whether for analytics, advertising or preferences. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. Nothing in that is advertising, and you can block cookies and still read every page.
Only adults of legal gambling age — 18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada — are meant to read these pages. Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them.
This site is published for readers in Canada. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from.
Following a link to Get777 Casino or any other brand takes you off this site, where their policy applies instead of ours. We do not control what third parties collect, and we have no access to your account, deposits or verification documents with them.
That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. You are not signed up to anything by writing to us.
Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with.
Log files live on the host's standard rotation, and we keep no copy after it. Once a question is settled we delete the correspondence, unless a legal claim requires us to keep it.
Privacy requests about this website go through the Contact page.
